HiveForge is being built around a straightforward observation about how modern machines are supplied.
Modern machines increasingly depend on highly specialized components, while global replacement-part supply chains remain slow, centralized and vulnerable to obsolescence.
Advanced digital manufacturing makes another model possible: manufacture the component when and where it is needed.
That is the work. Machining, additive manufacturing and electronics assembly, applied to the components that keep autonomous equipment in service — including the ones that are no longer supplied.
HiveForge is early-stage and building deliberately. We would rather describe what we can actually make than claim scale we do not have.
